At Fired Earth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation. If your tiles, paint, or bathroom fixtures aren't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team or visit your local showroom with your order number and proof of purchase to start the returns process.
Package Your Items
Ensure all items are securely packed in their original, undamaged packaging; please note that individual tiles must be returned in full, unopened boxes.
Arrange Collection or Drop-off
Depending on the item size, you can return small parcels via our approved couriers or schedule a specialist pallet collection for heavy stone and ceramic orders.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods to ensure they are in a resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
